James J. Nawrocki

Jim has provided financial consulting and damage analysis services for more than 25 years. He has extensive experience in lost profit and royalty rate determinations. Jim has consulted on major Intellectual Property matters involving AOL, Exxon, Johnson and Johnson, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Visteon, Yahoo!, and numerous other companies. Jim has been a speaker and guest lecturer in numerous forums, including the American and Arizona Bar Associations, AIPLA, Licensing Executives Society, and The University of Texas and IIT Kent Law Schools. He has testified in numerous Federal and State Court and arbitration proceedings relating to his evaluations. Jim has a B.B.A. in Accounting from St. Mary's University (San Antonio, Texas). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Illinois and Texas CPA Societies, and the Licensing Executives Society.

Brent K. Bersin

Brent has significant experience providing financial, economic, valuation, damages quantification consulting, and expert witness services to clients in the context of commercial and intellectual property disputes. His experience in intellectual property matters includes market assessments, valuation, licensing, and the calculation of lost profits and reasonable royalties, across a variety of different industries. He has been designated and testified as an expert at both trial and deposition in Federal Court, State Court, and Bankruptcy Court, as well as arbitration proceedings. Brent has a B.B.A. in Accounting from the Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. He is a Certified Public Account (CPA) licensed in the state of Texas, and also holds the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' credential of Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and the credential of Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) from the Licensing Executives Society.

Stephen E. Dell

Stephen has provided financial consulting and valuation services to law firm, Fortune 500 and closely held companies involved in litigation and other disputes for more than 9 years. These engagements have included Intellectual Property disputes, breach of contract, diminution of value and other financial matters. The focus of his experience has been assisting clients with complex Intellectual Property damage analyses, valuations and licensing analyses in which he has significant involvement with corporate and law firm personnel in the identification of relevant market, financial and economic information, lost profits analyses, and royalty determination, as well as the development of financial models and case analyses for use in expert reports. Stephen has a B.A. in Economics (emphasis in finance) from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and Licensing Executives Society.

Daniel B. Lindsay

Dan has provided financial consulting and damage analysis services to law firms and companies involved in litigation and other disputes for more than 10 years. These matters have involved intellectual property, breach of contract, business interruption, antitrust, and oil and gas royalty issues. His areas of expertise include damages calculations, royalty analyses, lost profits analyses, and financial and damages scenario modeling. Mark B. Taylor

Such matters have involved intellectual property (patent, trademark, trade secrets), contract, oil and gas royalty, environmental, and insurance coverage issues. Mark holds a B.B.A. in management information systems with a concentration in finance from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

Bryan M. Van Uden

Bryan has provided financial consulting and damage analysis to companies and law firms for over 10 years. He has prepared, reviewed, and critiqued numerous expert reports for damages involving lost profits, price erosion, reasonable royalties, and other economic damages in matters of patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference, business interruption, breach of contract and other disputed matters. Bryan holds a B.S. in management from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Mississippi and has served as an expert in Federal and State Court and International Arbitration proceedings.

Earl B. Fairbanks

Earl has provided financial consulting and damage analysis to companies and law firms for more than 10 years. These matters included intellectual property, government contracts, energy, healthcare, and general commercial disputes. His intellectual property experience includes intellectual property valuation and analysis of damages related to patent infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract and tortious interference. Ryan C. LaMotta

His experience includes the oil and gas industry, consumer goods industry, and financial services industry. His intellectual property experience includes analysis of reasonable royalty rates, industry competition, sales data, and license agreements for the purpose of damages analysis. Ryan holds a B.B.A in management and entrepreneurship from Baylor University and an M.B.A. from Baylor University.

Juan Reyes

Juan has provided accounting and financial assistance for over 1 year to a healthcare company and IPFC Corporation. His experience prior to IPFC was in conducting and precisely executing daily/monthly tasks as a Staff Accountant and Financial Analyst. He worked closely with the CEO and CFO of a privately held company helping to maximize return on investment through the implementation of software and new processes. Juan holds a B.B.A in Finance from Texas A&M University, and a Certificate of Leadership from the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University.

Jessica R. Sechelski

Jessica has more than four years of experience in consulting serving clients ranging from law firms, Fortune 500 companies to local Houston companies. She has assisted clients on issues involving cost accounting, valuation, fraud investigations, and dispute resolution. Her experience includes a variety of matters, including intellectual property, FCPA violations, research and development tax credits, fraudulent financial reporting, and damages calculations.
