| Jim has provided

more than 25 years. He has extensive experience in
lost profit and royalty rate determinations. Jim has
consulted on major Intellectual Property matters involving
AOL, Exxon, Johnson and Johnson, Microsoft, Texas Instruments,
Visteon, Yahoo!, and numerous other companies. Jim
has been a speaker and guest lecturer in numerous forums,
including the American and Arizona Bar Associations,
AIPLA, Licensing Executives Society, and The University
of Texas and IIT Kent Law Schools. He has testified
in numerous Federal and State Court and arbitration
proceedings relating to his evaluations. Jim has a
B.B.A. in Accounting from St. Mary's University (San
Antonio, Texas). He is a Certified Public Accountant
(CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of
CPAs, the Illinois and Texas CPA Societies, and the
Licensing Executives Society. |
