IPFC Participates in University of Arizona IP Conference

On March 5 and 6, 2018, IPFC’s Todd Schoettelkotte and Jim Nawrocki were among several speakers at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law’s inaugural IP Conference. The conference, entitled “What Is My Intellectual Property Worth: Issues That Make A Difference Inside And Outside The Courtroom,” addressed current issues related to intellectual property litigation and monetization.

Mr. Schoettelkotte, President and a Managing Director at IPFC, presented on “Damages in Other Areas of Intellectual Property.” Mr. Nawrocki, Senior Advisor at IPFC, participated in the “Pretrial Issues and Strategies” panel discussion as well as the “IP Monetization Life Cycle” mock negotiation. The conference also included panel discussions with the Hon. Andrew Guilford, Matthew Kennelly, Susan van Keulen, John D. Love, Michael Manson, James L. Robart, and Leonard Stark.
