IPFC is pleased to announce that Todd Schoettelkotte and Jim Nawrocki have once again been recognized in the IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals 2020 guide as top expert witnesses in the United States. We are also excited to share that Bryan Van Uden and Daniel Lindsay have been acknowledged for the first time as well.
The IAM Patent 1000 publication “shines a spotlight on the firms and individuals that are deemed outstanding” among the top patent professionals across the globe. IAM selected the professionals through nearly 1,800 interviews with attorneys at law, patent attorneys and in-house counsel “to gather market intelligence on the leading players in the field.”
IAM Patent 1000 touted IPFC as “home to a stellar team of people that you can trust” with professionals who “have faith in their opinions and work with precision, giving them immense credibility when the time to testify comes.” Additionally, the IAM Patent 1000 publication noted that IPFC’s “diversity of their instructions exposes them to a broad spectrum of industries and technologies, which they do a superb job of understanding at a micro level of detail.”
Todd was specifically praised for being able to “handle multiple major cases at the same time while making each client feel like his only client[.]” According to the publication, his hard work and sacrifice allow him to “claim full knowledge of all the intricacies of his cases and add value in every possible way.”
As mentioned above, both Bryan and Dan were recognized in this year’s publication as well. Debuting in the IAM Patent 1000 as part of IPFC’s “stellar team of people you can trust,” the publication commented that the two experts “showcase remarkable range, in both transactional and contentious settings.”
Congratulations to Todd, Bryan, Dan, and Jim!
